1: Introduction

New words for talking about sex

Why `Pleasure´ was chosen

Pleasure (for vagina) also works well because her Pleasure gives both the Princess and her Knight pleasure.

Having chosen the word Desire to replace penis or cock, it seemed wrong to still use the word pussy. So another word was needed.

The word pleasure works very well, especially as her Pleasure gives both the Princess pleasure and her Knight pleasure.

When a couple are engaging in sexual activity it would have been just as valid to call her vagina her `Desire´, and to call his erect penis his `Pleasure´. Of course she feels desire just as much as he does, and his erection gives them both pleasure.

If a Devotee couple are in bed together, and the Princess feels some sexual desire, she can use her Princess Power to immediately enjoy some sexual pleasure. For example, she only needs to say the word "Ritual" and her Knight will give her oral sex (a Pleasure Kiss). For a Princess, desire can always lead to pleasure, and so using the word Pleasure for her vagina is very appropriate.

As mentioned in the explanation of the word Desire (here), a Knight will often be aroused and desiring of his Princess without enjoying sexual pleasure. Whenever he is hard he experiences desire, but he only shares pleasure when it pleases his Princess. A Knight's desire (and an erect Desire) will only sometimes lead to sexual pleasures.

Hence, within Devotional Sex, it is very appropriate to use Pleasure for the female, and Desire for the male.
