Desire
`Desire´ is the Devotional Sex word for `penis´
One
of the difficulties in writing about sex is that the words we normally
use to talk about it are all loaded with additional meaning, much of it
negative. I have avoided this problem by using new words for sexual
activities and body parts.
I rejected the word `penis´ as
it is too clinical. `Lingam´ feels too ‘new age’, and
`cock´ was rejected because a few readers of the early drafts of
this text found it too crude.
Using the word desire to connote the penis works very well within Devotional Sex because an erect Desire shows that a Knight desires his Princess. Practicing Devotional Sex increases male desire because of the Knight’s higher than usual erotic energy.
As well as enjoying more and better sex, a Knight enjoys the fact that
his Desire is sometimes erect even when simply cuddling or giving
sensual pleasures to his Princess.
More on my reasons for rejecting the usual words for talking about sex can be found in Chapter 1 here, and the reasons I chose the word Desire are explained further here. Desire is just one of the new words used on this site for talking about sex. These new words are presented in Chapter 1 here.
