These days many men chose to shave their pubic hair off just because they like the look. Of course this had no symbolic meaning and is nothing to do with Devotional Sex.

A good thing about many men shaving just for the look is that a Knight who is shaved as the couple's private symbol that he is her Knight can get undressed in a changing room and anyone who sees that he is clean-shaven won't think that this has a special meaning.

There are also some men who practice Devotional Sex and are shaved just because they like the look. Even though they practice Devotional Sex their being shaved when it is only done because they like the look also has no symbolic meaning.

Him being shaved only has a symbolic meaning when a Knight does this specifically to be the couple's private symbol that he is her Knight.

What it represents:

When him being shaved is done to show he is her Knight this represents not only that he has committed to fulfill all of his Princess's wishes, but that he has also committed to only ever ejaculate when with her and only when she decides.

For many Devotee couples this commitment runs much deeper than just being about their sex lives and it has become a very powerful bond between them which is now an important part of their relationship.

Though just an optional activity, my surveys have found that most Devotee couples often enjoy Affirmation - spending time together with him naked and her dressed. The private symbol of him being her Knight works very well with Affirmation.

Not only does him being clean-shaven make his nudity look even more naked, his Princess is easily able to see every little rise and fall of his arousal.

During a long session of Affirmation he may be soft most of the time. But anytime he thinks about his Princess he will grow slightly, and his being shaved makes this very easy for his Princess to see.

So it isn't just his body which is exposed but it is his thoughts as well.

When can he do this?

This private symbol of being her Knight is recommend for Knights who Live Devotional Sex as this is when he has committed to never ejaculate unless with his Princess and she decides.

Men who have pledged to be her Knight whenever she wishes and for as long as she wishes can also use this symbol. In this case his being shaved represents that he is either her Knight or would like to be.

This private symbol doesn't make sense if he sometimes doesn't want to be her Knight. So I strongly recommend that it's only used when he has made the serious commitment of either Living Devotional Sex or having Pledged to be her Knight whenever she wishes.

When to start

If you are already Living Devotional Sex or he is already a Pledged Knight then his Princess can ask him to shave and keep himself clean-shaven. Unless shaving himself is something which he isn't willing to do, the Knight should from then on fulfill his Princess's wish.

If not yet Living Devotional Sex, but the Princess is keen to and is hoping that her partner will one day agree to do this, she could tell him that if he ever decides to always be hers to let her know this by shaving himself. Then the first time she sees him fully clean-shaven as the symbol that he is her Knight will be when he is letting her know that he is committing to Live as her Knight.

This is a great way of having him being shaved be instantly very meaningful and from then on representing much more than just a different look.

If already Living Devotional Sex or he becomes her Pledged Knight, and he is the one who would like to be shaven as their private symbol, rather than just doing this he should ask his Princess if he can, and only do so if she is keen or, at the least, allows this.

A single man who has pledged to himself to always be a Knight when he is intimate with someone can decide to keep himself clean-shaven to represent this pledge.

Practical matters

There are many ways a Knight can keep his pubic area clean-shaven.

The only method I have tried, and the method I regularly use, is to shave myself with an electric shaver.

If I have lots of pubic hair I start out using the beard trimmer. Otherwise I just shave my pubic area the same way as I shave my face.

Other methods of removing all pubic hair include using a razor, waxing, and hair-removal creams.

It's up to each Knight to work out what works best for him. As many men now like to be bare down there, there is plenty of advice on how to do this on the internet.

Her pubic hair

A Princess is free to choose to have her pubic hair natural, trimmed, or clean-shaven. Whichever she chooses has no special significance within Devotional Sex.

Having seen many photos of couples at nudist beaches I have noticed that there are many couples with neither shaved, many with both shaved, and quite a few with her fully shaved and him with at least some pubic hair. What is very unusual is her having some hair (full or trimmed) and him being fully shaved.

To me her having some hair makes him being fully shaved seem more special - it makes him look more naked. So, but only for Princess's who like the idea, my recommendation is that a Princess who has her Knight fully shaved as their private symbol that he is her Knight, keep at least some pubic hair herself.

Though this Devotional Sex look is optional, my surveys have found that for couples Living Devotional Sex, when the Knight is clean-shaven as their private symbol that he is her Knight, about 75% of the Princesses have either have kept their natural pubic hair, just trimmed it, or have shaved but retained some public hair.

So though him bare and her with some hair is the rarest pubic hair style for couples in the wider community, this look is fairly common amongst those who Live Devotional Sex.
