Taoist Sex
My review of:
Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams Arava:
The Multi-Orgasmic Man
The sexual secrets that every man should know
The Multi-Orgasmic Man, says the back cover,
reveals
simple physical and psychological techniques that allow men of all ages
to fulfill their dreams and their partner's fantasies by dramatically
improving the quality and quantity of their lovemaking. There are no
difficult theories to untangle, just clear, practical, and amazingly
effective techniques you can start today.
The back-cover also summarizes the book, saying:
- Men are as capable of having multiple orgasms as women
- By learning to separate
orgasm and ejaculations - two distinct physical processes - men can
transform a momentary release into countless peaks of whole-body orgasms
- In addition to becoming more exciting and satisfying partners, multi-orgasmic men enjoy increased vitality and longevity
The multi-orgasmic man technique is part of Taoist Sexual Practices (see Wikipedia).
This book teaches this technique without looking at the bigger picture
of Taoist practices and without too much Taoist jargon.
The starting point is the man learning to circulate his erotic energy throughout the
body so that it isn't just focused in his genitals. This circulation is
called the Microcosmic Orbit (see Wikipedia).
The only claim quoted above from the back cover which I cannot endorse
is that practicing this technique increases longevity. Not endorsing
this claim does not mean that I think it is wrong. It just means that I
don't know if is true or false.
Following the exercises presented
in this book enabled me to fairly easily, and in only a few weeks,
learn to control my erotic energy well enough to have my first orgasm
without ejaculating. Once my body and mind had done this once the
second time was much easier, and then, like learning to ride a bike, it
became easy to do.
If I had wished I could have headed off towards doing normal Tao, but
instead I took a big diversion and created Devotional Sex (see this section in my page on Tao).
Going further
Even though I've never properly
practiced Tao, after many years of practicing my cut-down version I'm
now able to have a mini-orgasm whenever I wish, even when I'm not
erect, just by thinking that I want to do this.

Other information
There are lots of videos on YouTube of Mantak Chia - see here.
And Googling 'multi-orgasmic man' and 'microcosmic orbit' provides a wealth of information.
Tao and Devotional Sex
Devotional Sex can use some of the Taoist techniques taught in this book:
- Part of Devotional Sex is
that a Knight must keep his erotic energy under control and manageable,
and the Taoist technique of circulating his energy is a great way of
doing this.
- And him learning to have orgasms without ejaculating is an option enhancement to Devotional Sex.
This website will never provide as much information as provided in The Multi-Orgasmic Man, so I enthusiastically recommend this book to anyone interested applying these Taoist techniques to their Devotional Sex life.
