"Abstain"

 
The main use of Abstain is to have him not sexually touch or play with himself when alone.

But this Wish Word can also be used within a Session (see below).


 
The default for Devotional Sex is that a Knight is allowed to play with himself whenever he is alone (as long as, of course, he doesn't ejaculate).

Her asking him to Abstain means that when alone he will never never sexually touch his Desire or balls, including not doing so over clothing, and this will last until she tells him otherwise.

Non-sexual touching is allowed - so he can still wash, go to the toilet, and adjust himself if he is uncomfortable under his clothing.

A Princess may ask her Knight to Abstain just for a few hours, the rest of the day, for a few days, or even for a week or longer.

For about 40% of couples who Live Devotional Sex the Princess has set a Preference that her Knight always abstain. So sexual touching of his Desire and balls only ever happens when he is with his Princess.

Another option in between him being able to play with himself when alone and him never doing so is for her to ask him to Stay Chaste.

   
I recommend that a Princesse sets a Preference that her Knight never plays with himself when he is with her (either in bed or during Affirmation) unless she either wishes him to do this (eg by saying Play) or he has asked whether it is ok for him to play with himself and she has said it is.

But if she doesn't like this restriction, and so when with her he can start to play with himself whenever he wishes, his Princess can say "Abstain" to have him stop playing with himself and to let him know that she doesn't want him to start to do this again for this session.
