Knight Power - reversing the power dynamic
Knight power is when a Princess sets a period of time during which she must obey her Knight's instructions.
Reversing the power dynamic enables a Princess to enjoy feeling submissive, her Knight to enjoy feeling dominant, or it can be done just for a change.

It can be fun for a Devotee couple to sometimes reverse the Devotional Sex power dynamic. If she chooses to, a Princess can set a period of time during which she must obey her Knight's instructions.
The Princess might do this if she enjoys feeling submissive; to reward a Knight who would enjoy being dominant for a time; or just for a change.
Because Devotional Sex is a lifestyle where the Princess always has power over sensual and sexual activities, it is up to her to decide if, when, for how long, and under what conditions any power reversal takes place.
The Princess decides when the power reversal will begin and for how long it will last. It might last for just an hour or two, a whole evening, or a whole weekend.
Before the power reversal starts the Princess can specify anything that must happen during the given time period.
This enables her to use the power reversal to enjoy some activities which would be enhanced if she felt under her partner's power. For example, she might want to be spanked or tied up.
She can also specify, before the power reversal starts, anything that must not happen during this time.
For example, she might say that her Knight is not allowed to Climax while he is in charge.
Once the power reversal starts it is totally up to the Knight to decide what does and does not happen as long as he obeys his Princess's prior instructions.
A couple might like to establish a way of indicating that a power reversal is in place.
For example, a Princess could indicate that her Knight has power over her by wearing a red ribbon around her neck or in her hair.
If the Princess has already established what can and cannot happen during a power reversal, she can surprise her Knight by wearing the ribbon, and the power reversal can start immediately without any discussion.
Of course there are many other ways that the power reversal could be visually indicated.
As with all use of erotic power within Devotional Sex, the Knight should be sensitive to the feelings of his Princess.
And if things go wrong, the Princess can use a safe word to end an activity, or to end the period of power reversal.
